The 1-bedroom apartment has a floor plan and an area of 38.28m2. The owner of the apartment is Ms. Tuyen, who has lived and worked for many years in Thu Dau Mot City.
Due to the nature of her job, she has to move constantly in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong, so she decided to choose Happy One as her new home to shorten the distance to her workplace.

The kitchen is designed in an L-shape with upper and lower cabinets, helping to store food, utensils, and kitchen products. 4-seater dining table set with wooden table and newly designed chairs.
A mirror next to the door helps you to tidy up before going out.
To highlight the bedroom space with other spaces, Ms. Tuyen chose a rather fresh green color for this room.
