Forms of payment for design and construction contracts.

On Home Asia divides the payment method for interior design and construction contracts into 3 installments. Bringing customers comfort, and peace of mind, as well as not being too pressured about fees.

Phase 1: After the two parties agree and confirm the final design plan. That is the design plan that will be constructed by On Home Asia under the contract. Customers will pay On Home Asia 50% of the contract value.

Phase 2: When Party B has completed 50% of the work volume at the site. Equivalent to finishing ceiling, wall, floor, installing lights,… Customers continue to pay On Home Asia 40% of the contract value.

Phase 3: Customers pay the rest to On Home Asia after acceptance. On Home Asia will hand over the project and provide invoices to customers.
