SHIPPING, DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping and delivery policy at On Home Asia  is publicly transparent and clear. In order to improve service quality, unify the working process, and simplify the ordering process. 

Bring peace of mind and comfort to customers during the shopping process. Specifically, it includes the following terms and conditions:

1. Handover policy for interior design and construction contracts.

On Home Asia provides interior consulting, design, and construction services. Shipping and delivery policies are agreed upon between On Home Asia and customers in each specific contract. There will be differences depending on the requirements of each customer and the construction project.

On Home Asia offers free shipping to customers under specific conditions. Orders valued at VND 50,000,000 or more and within Thu Dau Mot city. 

Design and construction contracts, staff will come to the customer’s address to provide a survey before proceeding with construction. On Home Asia always tries to meet the committed schedule and time requirements of customers. But still, ensure the quality of the works in terms of both aesthetics and safety, and sustainability.

2. Shipping and delivery policy at Shop On Home Asia.

2.1. Products of the Chilux brand.

Free shipping nationwide with all Chilux brand products.

2.2. Products of the Zago brand.

Free shipping with orders over 10,000,000 VND. Normally, delivery time will be 3-5 days from the date of order.

2.3. Products of the Beyours brand.

Free shipping within the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City for orders from 1.000.000VND. 

2.4. Products of the MOHO brand.

Free delivery & installation in all districts of HCM , City , Hanoi, Bien Hoa and some areas in Binh Duong.  Delivery time are within 3 days from 9:00 to 16:00 from Monday to Sunday, excluding holidays and New Year.

+ Dau Tieng: 600,000 VND

NOTE:

Please arrange the delivery time according to the confirmed delivery schedule. If you have an unexpectedly busy schedule and cannot receive the goods according to the confirmed delivery schedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before delivery. We would reschedule the delivery up to 1 time, then if you continue to reschedule the delivery, we will not be able to deliver and ask for your permission to cancel your order.

Shipping and handling charges will vary by category, volume, and product size.

On Home Asia only installs products according to product standards. OHA does not install according to the customer’s specific requirements such as drilling the wall and mounting the product on the wall.

3. Process of transportation, and delivery at the Shop.

Shop On Home Asia receives your order on the website and proceeds to call to confirm. Then pack and deliver to every place in all provinces and cities nationwide. 

Commit that all your products will be packed properly, carefully, and beautifully. Attached with relevant papers and documents such as the purchase order, delivery note, warranty card, VAT invoice, CO, and CQ.

4. Product inspection.

When the product is delivered to the ordered address, the customer has the right to inspect the goods before receiving them. If the product is found to have any defects or errors or defects. Please notify On Home Asia immediately via the company hotline.
